Terms and Conditions

About These Terms

These terms apply whenever you order custom printed or embroidered clothing from Print Forge Apparel, whether that's through our website, by email, or over the phone. By placing an order with us, you're agreeing to these terms, so please read them alongside our other policies before you order.

Orders and Quotes

Quotes are provided based on the details you give us — garment type, quantity, sizes, colours and print or embroidery requirements. Prices may change if the details of your order change once production has started. An order is confirmed once you've approved your quote and, where applicable, your artwork proof.

Artwork and Approval

We'll send you a digital proof or mock-up of your design before printing or embroidery begins. It's your responsibility to check spelling, colours, sizing and placement carefully and to approve the proof before we go ahead. We can't be held responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and, unless stated otherwise, are shown before any delivery costs. Payment is required in line with the terms confirmed at the time of your quote, and production will not usually begin until payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received.

Delivery

We aim to deliver every order within the turnaround agreed at the time of your quote. See our delivery information page for more on standard and urgent turnaround and how delivery costs are worked out.

Cancellations

Because most items we produce are personalised, cancellation rights are limited once production has started. Full details, including what to do if an item arrives faulty or misprinted, are set out on our returns and cancellations page.

Liability

We take care to produce every order to a high standard, but our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost time or lost business, arising from a delay or issue with an order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Questions About These Terms
