Pricing Guide
Every order is a little different, so rather than a fixed price list, here's a plain-English guide to how we build up a price. Once we know what you need, we'll always confirm the exact cost in a written quote before anything goes into production — there are never any surprise charges.
How our pricing works
A handful of factors combine to make up the final price of any order. Here's what goes into it:
Garment cost
The base cost of the blank item itself — a t-shirt, hoodie, polo shirt or hi-vis vest, for example. Heavier weights, technical fabrics and premium brands cost a little more than budget basics.
Printing or embroidery cost
Our high-quality DTF printing and embroidery are priced per design, based on the size and complexity of the artwork. More colours or fine detail in embroidery can affect the cost slightly, but DTF printing itself doesn't charge extra per colour.
Number of print locations
A small logo on the chest costs less than a full front print plus a back print and a sleeve print. Each additional location on the garment adds a modest cost per item.
Quantity and bulk discounts
The more you order, the lower the price per item. Setup effort is spread across the whole run, so a batch of 20 or more matching items works out significantly cheaper per piece than a single one-off. There's no minimum order, though, so small runs and one-offs are always welcome too.
Artwork readiness
If you supply print-ready artwork (a vector file or a high-resolution image at the correct size), there's no extra charge. If your logo or design needs recreating, tidying up or designing from scratch, a small design fee may apply — we'll always tell you upfront if this is the case.
Delivery
UK delivery is calculated based on order size and how quickly you need it. Larger orders often work out cheaper per item to deliver, and we'll always show delivery separately on your quote.
Rush and urgent orders
Our standard turnaround is already fast, but if you need an order sooner than usual, a rush charge may apply to cover the extra priority given to your job. Just let us know your deadline when you enquire and we'll confirm if a rush fee is needed.
Example pricing
The figures below are illustrative examples only, based on a single-colour DTF print in one location, using a mid-range garment. Your actual price will depend on the garment chosen, artwork, print locations and quantity.
| Item | Quantity | Example price per item |
|---|---|---|
| T-shirt, one print location | 1–5 units | from around £12.50 |
| T-shirt, one print location | 20+ units | from around £8.50 |
| Hoodie, one print location | 1–5 units | from around £24.00 |
| Hoodie, one print location | 20+ units | from around £17.50 |
| Tradesperson Bundle (polo, hoodie and hi-vis set) | per person | example range £45–£65 |
Please note: the prices above are examples to give you a general feel for cost and are not a quote. Final pricing always depends on the exact garment, artwork, print locations, quantity and delivery speed you choose. Get in touch and we'll put together a written quote tailored to your order, free of charge.
